Terms, Conditions & Consent Form

Overview of    'Kirstin Bouse's Mentoring Programs'  

'Kirstin Bouse's Mentoring Programs'   is a 6 session group online  Program aimed at women who are experiencing perimenopause (including medically or surgically induced menopause) or who are postmenopausal but are still experiencing the challenge of perimenopause. 

'Kirstin Bouse's Mentoring Programs'   was designed to provide high quality, evidence-based content to perimenopausal women. 

Structure of    'Kirstin Bouse's Mentoring Programs'  

'Kirstin Bouse's Mentoring Programs'   includes:

6 sessions of coaching, learning and support held online on Zoom. These calls will be 1.5 hour session each week, with replays if you can’t join us live.

Access to a private community for support (via the platform Slack - free to create your account).

Optional: 1:1  upgrade for personalised and private support from Kirstin                                          

Bouse, includes 3 x 1.5 hour 1:1  sessions.

Relationship with       

is operated by Kirstin Bouse. Kirstin Bouse is a registered clinical psychologist. 

While Kirstin Bouse is a registered clinical psychologist,    'Kirstin Bouse's Mentoring Programs'   is not a psychology service. 

By consenting to participate in       Program, participants acknowledge that they are participating in a  program and are not receiving psychological services from Kirstin Bouse. 

To avoid any potential conflicts of interest arising, clients of Kirstin Bouse cannot be accepted as participants in       Program within at least a 2-year time period of cessation of psychological services provided by Kirstin Bouse.Similarly, participants in    'Kirstin Bouse's Mentoring Programs'   cannot be accepted as clients of Kirstin Bouse within a minimum of 6-months of completion of    'Kirstin Bouse's Mentoring Programs'  . 

Any requests for cross-referral or registration between former clients of Kirstin Bouse and  'Kirstin Bouse's Mentoring Programs'   will be assessed on a case by case basis, and will only be accepted at Kirstin Bouse’s discretion, depending on the individual circumstances. 

If in the course of participating in    'Kirstin Bouse's Mentoring Programs'  , issues arise which in Kirstin Bouse’s professional opinion are beyond the scope of the  relationship, a participant may be advised to see their GP and obtain a referral to consult with an appropriate clinician.  

Kirstin Bouse may at any time and in her sole discretion, terminate a participant’s registration in    'Kirstin Bouse's Mentoring Programs'   if she considers it appropriate to do so. In the event of termination of a participant’s registration in    'Kirstin Bouse's Mentoring Programs'   on this basis, a partial refund of the participant’s registration fees may be provided.  

Privacy and Disclosure of Personal Information

As part of your participation in    'Kirstin Bouse's Mentoring Programs'  ,       needs to collect and record information from you.

On your registration, we will email you with a copy of the following documents which we request you read, complete and acknowledge your understanding of by signing and emailing to [email protected] prior to the commencement of the  Program. On receipt of your completed documents, you will then receive confirmation of the dates and times of the online sessions and the link to attend.

Technology Requirements 

   'Kirstin Bouse's Mentoring Programs'   is provided online by video conferencing  over Zoom. You are responsible for the costs associated with setting up the technology needed so you can access online content and participate in video conferencing workshops. 

To access    'Kirstin Bouse's Mentoring Programs'  ’s content, you will need access to a computer connected to the internet, speakers, Zoom, a webcam and microphone (in built into your computer is sufficient) and a private room or quiet space. 

The privacy of any form of communication via the internet is potentially vulnerable and limited by the security of the technology used.

Conditions of Purchase and Intellectual Property 

  - The     for Menopause’s website, its    'Kirstin Bouse's Mentoring Programs'   and all content provided within, is the intellectual property of   - The     for Menopause.

The reproduction, exploitation, redistribution or use of all or part of any visual, auditory or software element or document from   - The     for Menopause’s Website or    'Kirstin Bouse's Mentoring Programs'   is prohibited.  

Fees

The fees for Kirstin Bouse's Mentoring Programs are $297 inclusive of GST 

The exception to these fees is if you have a discount code .

Cancellation & Refund Policy

A cooling off period of 72 hours enables registrants to receive a refund of the registration fee for    'Kirstin Bouse's Mentoring Programs'   within  72 hours after registering and making payment. 

After the commencement of the course, full or partial refund of the registration fee will be granted at the discretion of      , and ordinarily only in circumstances where a participant’s registration is terminated by   - The     for Menopause in accordance with the terms of Part 3. 

Pre-booked 1:1 private  sessions as part of the VIP Option may be cancelled by the participant up to 72 hours prior to the session time without penalty, but must be re-booked before the end of the 12 week    'Kirstin Bouse's Mentoring Programs'  . No refund will be offered in respect of expired or unused 1:1  sessions. 

Consent to participation in  'Kirstin Bouse's Mentoring Programs'   

I confirm that I have read and understood the information in this document about    'Kirstin Bouse's Mentoring Programs'   and I acknowledge the following:

'Kirstin Bouse's Mentoring Programs'   is a  service. Although    'Kirstin Bouse's Mentoring Programs'   Kirstin Bouse is a registered psychologist, this is not a psychological service and I will not be receiving psychological services, treatment, advice or therapy in the course of my participating in    'Kirstin Bouse's Mentoring Programs'  ; 

I am not an existing client of Kirstin Bouse and I have not previously accessed psychological services provided by Kirstin Bouse; 

As a result of my participation in    'Kirstin Bouse's Mentoring Programs'  , I am precluded from accessing psychological services provided by Kirstin Bouse for a minimum period of 6 months from the completion of    'Kirstin Bouse's Mentoring Programs'  ; 

I have read and understood Privacy Policy.
