The Midlife Rebellion

Terms, Conditions & Consent Form

Overview of The Midlife Rebellion

1.1 The Midlife Rebellion is a nine-month, psychologically informed group mentorship program for women in midlife, including those navigating perimenopause (whether natural, medically or surgically induced), menopause, or the years that follow.

1.2 The Midlife Rebellion is a developmental program that supports women through the psychological, emotional, relational and identity shifts of midlife and menopause. It provides high quality, psychologically grounded content, mentorship and community. The Midlife Rebellion is mentorship and education. It is not therapy or medical treatment.

Structure of The Midlife Rebellion

2.1 The Midlife Rebellion is a rolling program, with each membership running over nine months. Members join when they are ready and move through the program's monthly developmental themes across their nine months. When joining, each member chooses one of two tiers:

2.2 The Circle (standard membership), which includes:

- a monthly group teaching and mentorship call and integration circle, held online via Zoom;

- access to session recordings through the member portal during membership;

- written prompts and ritual instructions for each monthly theme;

- voice notes from Kirstin Bouse between sessions;

- access to a private member community; and

- access to all rolling guest expert sessions held during membership.

2.3 The Inner Ring (upgrade tier), which includes everything in The Circle, plus:

- a monthly small-group mentoring call with Kirstin Bouse; and

- two 1:1 mentoring sessions across the nine months (a midpoint session and an integration session).

2.4 The Inner Ring is offered at a higher monthly fee and places are limited.

2.5 Members may upgrade from The Circle to The Inner Ring at any time during their membership, subject to Inner Ring availability.

2.6 Live sessions are recorded and available to members through the member portal during their nine-month membership. When a member's membership ends, access to the member portal and community ends, unless she continues into The Council, the graduate community, which is offered and priced separately.
